I happened upon this little fellow hanging out on the limb outside my bedroom window this morning. He munched an acorn for a while, then he noticed me...
I thought he was going to run away...
but he just sat there, body poised to jump and bushy tail flapping in the wind!
Finally, instead of scampering off, he scolded and chattered at me for almost 10 minutes!
I believe that I caught something about how dare I harbor such a viscious beast inside my house...whaaat? Oooooh, wait, now I'm suddenly realizing why the cat spends so much of her time perched in that particular window sill!
